Im VERY confused !!!



I have been given info saying that I should be taking Arnica 6c 5 days before and 5 days after my op but Im reading conflicting advice everywhere Confused ..... Arnica 6c or 30c ???? 267328



Which is stronger 6 or 30 ? as Ive read 30 is more diluted than 6 but that it is stronger Shocked



6 is used for long standing illness and 30 for acute symtoms ??



Soooooo confused ....... what, when and how should I be taking these ?

ive got some 30c which im gonna start taking 2morow, says on the tube to take 2 pills. 4 times daily until 5 days after. hope this helps

Hi HellBelle!

Arnica is a homeopathic remedy. I'm pretty sure that as these are diluted with water, they become more potent. (Not sure how that works, but remember reading it in a book once).

Whatever your PS says is def what you should do - mine has prescribed Arnica 30x.

Hi Claire!

Arnica Montana is a homeopathic remedy that some doctors prescribe to begin taking right after surgery that will help with bruising and swelling - along with whatever scrips you're given!

(I'm pre-BA, so don't know how well this works yet - but I'm HOPING that it's helpful LOL)

Just ask your PS - I'm sure he'll either give you a bottle or tell you the type to buy, if he uses it at all.

It's homeopathic, so some doctors may not use it.
