Re: arnica
I got mine holland and barretts think they were a fiver aswell probs the same everywere hun, i was told to take mine 3-4 days pre op and for a week post op but i didnt have a lot of bruising or swelling so didnt take them after my op.
They must have helped me taking them before though as i didnt have any bruising hardly, if there in the purple tube then u click the bottom they come out into the lid then you put them in your mouth from the lid, remember not to touch them at all (not sure why you cant touch them!) your ps may recommend you not to take them pre op though but all surgeons say different things.

Re: arnica
I was taking Arnica 30c and taking 2 tablets 4 times a day, i was with transform and they told me to take it 2 weeks before, although 1 week was fine too....
I then switched to MYA, and they told me to stop taking it...
Stupid thing is, the surgeon that I'm now with works for Transform and MYA, so his patients from Transform take Arnica, and those who go through the MYA that I am dont seem to!
So is it the personal co-ordinator that decides? Or the company? Cos it doenst seem (in my case) to be the surgeon!

Re: arnica
I was taking arnica for a week before my op (3 days ago), and going to take it for another week aswell. I bruise really easily so considering carrying on taking it (at a lesser dose), cause it seems to have reduced my normal loads of leg bruises and stuff! I'd recommend it :)

Re: arnica
i took arnica 30c two tablets every morning for two weeks before and 2 weeks after. I didn't get any bruising at all after the op but did get swelling. Think it would have been a lot worse if I hadn't taken it though :-) Also I hurt me knee so took it again this week and the bruising/pain in my knee dissapeared really fast :-) xxxxxxxxx

Re: arnica
I was advised not to take Arnica for my BA.
Didn't even get any slight bruising, which surprised me as I tend to buise easily. Got a bit of swelling at the top of my boobies, which went after about 5-6 days

Re: arnica
They recommended I take arnica with transform follow the instructions on the label. 2 tablets between meals 4 times daily. Been taking it just under a week, was told to take them for 1 week before and 2 weeks after. I know they are working as I stood on my own foot in my stupid heels drunk  and had a lump but no bruise.
Re: arnica
I wasnt told to take arnica either and i was fine i dont think its really necessary x
