Sports bra sizing
I currently wear a 32b (although on one side probably A) and having 310/365cc depending if he can get the 365cc in! I've bought sports bras in 32d and 34d. The surgeon said I'd probably be a c/d depending what he can get in.
Do you think these sizes will be ok?x

Yes, that sounds about right.
I was a 36 before my op, but all the bras I've bought with a 36 feel way too tight. I've now bought a couple of 38's and a few bra extenders. I'm hoping in a few weeks that I'll be back down to 36.

How long does it usually take to get back down to your usual band size? And is the swelling really noticeable to look at?x

Re: Sports bra sizing
I didn't wear a bra until after my first post op appointment which was five days after my op. I has no swelling around my back so went straight into a 32. The swelling in my breasts wasn't too noticeable, it hasn't affected any change in bra size. But I'm sure you know we're all different!

Yes indeed! That's good that you had no swelling, I have ice packs to combat mine! I guess I'll find out soon enough X
