Hi girls so I'm feeling really down i have put on 10lbs and can't seem to shed them I'm now 9days away from my surgery and feeling really bummed out!!

I was like that before my op. Tbh I didn't care beforehand because I knew I would put weight on after my op just with laying around for a few weeks. I am back on my healthy eating and working out now and plan to tone up now iv got my boobs. xxx

Nat I keep on thinking that now the new boobs will make me look even heavier at the moment I'm 135lbs 5'5 granted I have hips n a boottiiee but now adding a bit heavier top might just make me look dumb...could it be that I'm getting pre-boob blues ayyyy!!!! NOOOOO!!!

Hi honey, I had the same thing, I was 8lbs away from my target when I had my surgery.
I am 140lbs (boo!) and 5ft2 - you are going to look better than me and I think I look ok.
Once you are healed you can reset your targets. Don't beat yourself up over something you can't change, just pick yourself up and get back on the case when you can change it again.

Thank you Aurora!! Just a bit fustrated that I'm just so close to getting to my target weight that now that i'm getting my new boobs I know resting to recover will only make me a little heavier sitting around and resting is not going to be good!! I will prob eat n eat!! I need to lose 588945

I had the same frustrations honey. I made sure all bad food was well out of reach! The two weeks after surgery I actually lost weight as I was the same weight with implants as I was without. It was weeks 3-6 that I let myself eat badly because I was annoyed with myself and now I have an extra 5lbs to lose gain.

You are going to look great honey. Ooooo 525s!

I'm having a re-op in 3 weeks and am 10lbs over what I was when had last op but no where near as toned. I am doing weightwatchers and gym till my op and will walk after,
