Hey girls im not complaining i love my boobies but yesterday i went a whole day braless as was just in house doing house work so was just in a giant Hoodie.
Any way at about 9pm i realised my back was hurting so bad me it was everywere but my neck and lower back were worse areas.after having my sports bra to sleep in iv woke up fine,
Has any body else had this when they go braless xx

Thanks for the tip!!! I was considering going braless on a night out next wed so... 3 1/2 weeks post op.... guess its a really bad idea and ill have to dress up my sports bra growl

I haven't yet been Braless in the daytime but have now gone braless the last few nights and have felt a bit sore too the next day. I'm guessing it will take some time to adjust to the weight and not having a bra to hold them in place. xxx

I can't imagine going braless at the moment - I love the security of my bras.

It has a satiny finish (black or white) and looks a bit like a crop top and soooooo comfy!

Iv been bra less for a few hours before but going all day was just sore! think there getting bigger too at the minuet not that i mind i do love them but i did need a massage a cuppa tea a hot water bottle last night luckely i have a lovely fiancee who got me all 3 ;) xx

I had one of these for a night out when my boobies were a few weeks old. Held them tightly in place without the thick straps of a sports bra.....

Ive been without a bra at night for at least a week now,and yesterday didnt wear one all day as my ribs are killing from coughing alot ! They seem to be fine though,wish i could say the same about my ribs !!xxx

Sparkly im having similar problem from sneezing!! horrible pain on my chest bone or something, dont even know what it is! Under the top of my right boob.

Have your ribs hurt since the op?

No,Not since the op,started with a very painful stomach, lots of trapped wind,then a bad cough and painful ribs,boobs hurt a bit aswell,i think the stomach pains are because ive had a lot of stress lately,its getting on my nerves now,i just want to feel better again !!xxx

I'm pretty much braless every night after work. I love the feeling, although i could never do out in public. They bounce like crazy, haha! Luckily no back problems from not wearing a bra.

personally i wouldnt do it hunii, ild just wear a pretty bra it aches in the morning you might do your self damage xx

I can't wear bras because Im only 3 weeks :-( and its really hard to cover up a sports bra without looking frumpy :-( xx

aww hun i no how you feel i had to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks at 5 weeks i wanted to go out so phoned the suregon and he advised against it i went out in a sports bra , after all you only have 3 weeks left i wouldnt want to risk damageing them and have to go through another op! xx

I'm not risking coming out of sports bras til 6 weeks when they said I could. I did time it so that 6 weeks was my bday weekend so I can wear a pretty bra at least for a bit :-)

Seriously honey the Berlei ones I am wearing (the black one especially) don't look that frumpy, ok not pretty but just look like a satiny crop top x

I am the same and don't want to buy lots so I have one in black, one in white and my MaCom to sleep, oh and my Max support running one on it's way.

Worse case scenario you could sell them on eBay?

I wastold to go braless rather than wear a underwired and that was at 5 weeks. I was glad to have the security of my sportsbra when I returned home xx Felt fine the next day

Just letting anyone interested know that I was naughty and wore a bra thing like stephy posted above, It felt supportive and I couldn't find anything to wear!!! Next day my heads KILLING ME.. but boobies are fine and happy as is my back yipee
