Re: March buddies
omg THG have called me with my time to be there, 11am. God knows what time my op will be. I feel quite calm today, I doubt I'll be calm tomorrow lol.
Fourella I'm worried about showing myself up and my blood pressure rising and then them saying they won't do it as it's so high. I know going to the dentist I sit there legs shaking and that's just a check up lol. I hope the elephant sitting on my chest is a tiny one. Can I see your pics please?
Flower, glad all went ok at work and that you're doing well.
What beautiful weather we're having. I hope all of you post op ladies are chilling in the sunshine xx

Re: March buddies
Ohhh! I just went through all the paperwork and it says check-in from 7am! Maybe that's just a from time then. Maybe 12 or 1 then, bit annoying tho considering you have to starve. I thought that with your BP you'd be in early. X

Re: March buddies
I was hoping I was early and with Mr Hassan saying at my consultation I'd be first because of my bp I was a little gutted. But hey ho I'm going to have to try and chill. I know one thing I'll be talking the ears off the nurses cos i'll be nervious lol xx

hi luluthefirst, oooo I'll have a read of that thank you. Can you drink water? I wasn't told anything when the hospital called me. I know I can't eat. I'm going to be starving.
I'm having dissolvable stitches thankfully.

Re: March buddies
lol! It must have stuck in your mind!!
I wasn't allowed to drink anything :( but different hospitals might let you, water can be absorbed from the stomach (not like food) so it might be ok.
I must have been so dehydrated! I had 1litre of fluids during the op, and drank loads afterwards cos they kept telling me to. And I didn't pee until 6 the next morning, and that's because I forced myself! (they wouldn't take out my cannula til i did)

Re: March buddies
Haha!
It wasn't too bad! But I wore baggy joggers and my 'post op' top to the hospital, so only needed my pjs and bras and toiletries. BUT I went straight there from having spent 3 days in Scotland so I had a bulging rucksack!
Do you like my new avi ?? Planning on getting a picture trail up next week :)

I've packed my dressing gown, doubt I will need it though. Might take it out as I'll have my big trackie top with me so I could wear that if I was cold.

Re: March buddies
Lulu, wow nice avi!
I was just gonna ask you about the dressing gown Nepoly, I couldn't remember and didn't wanna go through previous posts again. Thanks for beating me to it! I'm impatient, and will only be convinced it happening when they're putting me to sleep, I know I've said this before, but it hasn't changed. I've got a girly dinner party with friends tomorrow, should distract me a little, though I haven't told anyone about it. If I have to mention anything, since they'll wonder why I might not be able to see them with the kids next week, I'll say I'm having a c-section revision. It's the truth, I wouldn't be having a mini tt if I hadn't had c-sections. The intention is to tidy the scar, but if I'm gonna go through it might as well remove excess skin, lol!
How are you hlt? Hope you're ok! xxx

It took me ages to go to sleep last night but once I nodded off I was fine, well until my eldest phoned me when she finished work at midnight arghhh! I dozed straight off again phew!
I've woke this morning feeling fine. I still keep looking at my boobs and thinking I hope they're not going to be too big lol.

Re: March buddies
Nice new avatar Lulu!!! Your boobies are looking great. You managed to wear a bikini before me lol!
Nepoly - well done for pulling off the steri strips, you're much braver than me ;) Mine is pinching my skin and hurting and I won't even touch it. I told you girls that I'm very scared of these things. Will wait until tomorrow till I see the surgeon again, as I'm going for my second post-op check-up.
HLT - are you ready??? Enjoy your last day with small boobies!!
