thanks guys, i love them lots, hope they don't drop too much!! (when should they drop?)

I didn't take a dressing gown or slippers, i just wore pj bottoms and sports bra in bed, then put on a zip up top and joggers in the morning.

hlt, the day before my op i tried to stay up late, cos then i knew i'd get to sleep and not get up too early! How long does it take you to get to the hospital?

Trisha - I'm calm at the moment, busy trying to get the laundry done. I'm at work this afternoon. Could have done with the whole day off really, oh well!

lulu - I'm going to see my friend later, hoping he'll take my mind off it lol. It takes between 45 minutes to an hour to get to the hospital but my daughters driving her car so we'll leave in plenty of time

Girls can I just say the excitement doesn't stop once you've got them xxx its so exciting on the lead up and so exciting after you've got them! It's lovely to look on the mirror to see all the different changes that are happening everyday and I'm so excited right now that I've just been for my check up and everything has healed well and gone to plan YAAAY I'm so happy right now xxx

I have to say I am struggling today :( Its not really the pain just the weird feeling im not used to and the restrictiveness of not being able to use my arms properly.
I just want to fast forward time :(
I'm only on paracetamol too - is this normal?
Urhg i just feel so rubbish and sleepy all the time.
ALSO haha...one boob is hurting more than the other. Is this normal?
It's only 48 hours since the operation but I'm so down in the dumps :( xxxxxxx

Loobs - eeekkkkk !!!! Well in my bag I've got pj's, dressing gown (but might take that out), slippers, toiletries/make up, bras, motorola xoom tablet lol, chargers!!

Have I missed anything?

Trisha - So pleased everything's going good for you. What size bra are you wearing now?

Flourella - I've heard it's normal to feel down in the dumps. Not sure about anything else as I've not had mine done yet but the girls on here will help you

Thank you hlt67 I'm currently filling a 38E sports bra I asked the nurse if it was true that they get smaller the bigger again ( she said that is true ) so i know I'm going to be more then happy with my end result xxx hlt67 I would defenetly go for the biggest offered to you xxx these thing ain't as big as you think once in your body xxxx

Hi Flourella, don't worry doll I had the same symptoms as you. My left was more achy than the right, but that's probably because I'm right handed so the muscle is not the same on both sides?! I had some post op blues until day 6, sleep as much as you can. I only managed to wash my hair today and I'm on day 12!!!

I keep looking at them in the mirror, does this happen to you? LOL!! I only saw mine today because they were in the binder until early this afternoon. The only thing that's bothering me right now is this stupid cough, but it's getting a bit better...

I stare at mine all the time lol! I've tried on all sorts of clothes etc to see what they look like in different things and every other day I give them an hours freedom with no bra on and I love looking at them in the mirror lol!
You're still early days though, I'm sure you're boobies will change shape again from today, were you scared to see them for the first time? Sometimes I get scared of mine in case I damage them or something lol!

Oh yes I was scared hahaha!!! I was breathing deeply as if I were about to bungee jump lol. So much for a pair of boobs!!!
In what ways did yours change? They dropped? They got bigger? Can't wait to try my summer clothes and bikini, waaa!! That top you're wearing is veeery nice, halter neck with a big V-neck - what a combination If you wear it for dinner, your hubby won't even know what he's eating!!

Hey xaxa! My boobies seem to have settled a bit, they've went a bit softer although sometimes I still think they're hard, all the swelling has gone so I can see better the shape, I think they have went down a bit too, I can push them together too! I'm sometimes scared to touch them though lol! Sometimes I forget they're not real and think they're actually mine, but then I remember again and think wow, best take care of these baby's! I've still got a little bruising under my leftie as well.
My other half is working over in brazil right now for 4 weeks so I've been on Skype showing him the boobs, he's gutted he's missing out! I've sent him some pics to drool over till I go out to brazil next month to see him! I've been on eBay searching for sexy halter neck type tops etc as that seems to give them a good showing off, no point in having them done to hide them away lol!

My boobs were on a mini adventure today, i had to fly easyjet from glasgow to stansted for a meeting just for the day, this morning went ok but it was the coming back flight was crazy, by this time my boobs started to feel tired (just the boobs, not my head, weird, the boobs felt heavy and niggly), but damn easyjet put up on the board the flight was already boarding, so i thought i was going to miss the flight and panic set in and i done a really stupid thing...i broke into a sprint to get to the gate, well the boobs were all over the place, thought they were either going to fall off or give me a black eye! the time i got to the gate i couldnt breathe, my shoulders, boobs and body felt like id had 2 rounds with mike tyson and wait for it....the plane wasnt even there yet!!!! Damn you easyjet!

I had to take a tramadol on the plane cos i was so sore and there was a little kid in the seat in front that kept throwing toys at me, then i nearly get elbowed in the boob a few times during the "stampede" of getting off the plane, im so glad im home and in my pj's now i tell you!

Lesson learned from today - walk, dont run. The boobs cant take it yet lol! The body thinks it can and the boobs say they cant. Gently goes it!

My babys are now massaged in bio oil and tucked up in their macom for the night xxxx
