I'm sitting here at half past ten in the evening with my son who's been throwing up with fever. Looks like the bug's found our home . He started being sick when I was out, and he was with DH. I've now done three loads of laundry and cleaned the floors. I've taken over, and prepared the beds by covering them with extra sheets to make night clean up easier, and sick bowls next to both kids in bed just in case.

Plus I had to write this message twice, I lost it the first time, internet disconnected

Hi hlt67, not long for you now, can't believe how fast the time is going!
I'm def a DD and wearing a DD bra but I'm only a tiny wee person so they look mega huge on me, I'm hoping there's still swelling to go down! To be honest my boobs look huge when I'm naked or just bra on but when I put clothes on they don't look big at all, in fact a lot of people havnt even noticed! Either that or they're just too polite to ask! Lol.
I wouldn't worry about size, I was worried and ended up just letting the surgeon decide, he went for the larger size 380cc, I'm glad he did cos soon as they settle down they will be fab!
I'm not in any pain anymore only the odd weird twinge that's uncomfortable for a moment then ok, I can reach up for things in the kitchen now so I must be getting better, and I can now drive myself ok. It's only a bit strange when I take my bra off cos they feel a bit heavy but I guess that's something you get used to!
Are you feeling excited yet? What sizes are you thinking about? Xxx

hi barbie, I'm excited but very nervous/scared lol. I'm having 520cc implants. I told Mr Hassan I wanted to look a DD so I'll probably end up an F eeekkk!!! lol. I'm size 8/10. I love the bra you have on but they don't do any bigger than a DD.

I had my hair cut today and my mum was in there having hers done too. I heard my mum mention to her hairdresser I'm having my boobs done so I guess she's come round to the idea lol. Mum told my dad yesterday. He made the comment I expected, 'SHE'S MAD!' lol

Flourella, if it was me being 4 days post op I probably wouldn't do the interview until the week after maybe, as day 4 to day 6 or 7 was about the worst for me as the hospital drugs had worn off and I discovered how crap my painkillers were and was in a lot of pain.
Everyone's different though and you might find that you're ok for it, don't know what anyone else thinks..?

Thanks for that. The thing is I could ask them to postpone to Monday but then I'd be 7 days post op...does the pain gradually wear off or go in one day?

Also I know it sounds stupid but IM SO SCARED OF DYING!!! I realise how stupid that sounds...Please don't laugh at me!

Hlt I am thinking of telling my mum today...I'm a journalist so I was going to say I had been asked to have a boob job and write a feature on it but I think she'll see straight through that!!!

Hlt67 if you've told your surgeon you want a DD then I'm sure he'll have picked the right size for you to give you that, I know they can't guarantee what size you'll end up though, but I'm sure you'll be fine, I put my faith in the surgeon to make the decision on size for me and I'm glad I did, if I'd picked smaller if have wished I went bigger!
That's good your mums coming round to the idea a bit, my mums the same she thinks I'm mad!
Flourella the pain does go away dont worry, it seemed to gradually wear off for me and then one day I could walk about and do stuff and felt fine and it just gets better from then and you can do more stuff every day. Don't worry you won't die! I promise you it's fine. The nite before my op I did suddenly have the jitters thinking that this might be the last time I see my family etc, but really it is daft because the op is nothing, it's hardly anything at all I promise you, then afterwards you'll wonder what you were worried about! You'll be fine.
Would be funny if you're mum did actually buy that story about you researching into a boob job lol, made me laugh!!
