Any petite chest ladies, need advice urgently

Hi Ladies

I need a big favour. My cousin is having her breasts done on the 25th of this month and she is afraid to go too big, but I warned her, that by going too small, she's going to be more dissappointed. anyway. She is very small across her chest, right under her breasts, she doesn't have any boobies and she is quite thin.

They told her that the 250cc hp implants will do, so that they don't go past her sides, I told her to think about getting 280cc xhp implants, as they have more projection, but less width.

Is there anyone who is also petite, that had implants and could perhaps share pictures or advice.

Stircrazy im very petite and I had 300's HP but had breast tissue for overs. Started with a AA but have been bigger in the past. Im only 4 weeks post op but got measured out of interest and I'm a 30 DD, I should be a 28 band but it cuts in to me and the cups are too small. Its just impossible to say hun as you really have to have her in front of you trying on the different sizes to say " ah that size looks great on you".............if she doesnt want side boob then it will be all about the width of the implant im guessing but again this would have to be sorted out by the P.S as we could say yes 300 exp would be great but with out seeing her and trying them on you dont know if they are to big for her..............do you get what I mean?

The only way I could decide what size suited me small frame and what I was happy with was to try them on I personally like side boobs and have alot of side boob ( which I asked for) as I measure only 25-26 inches around my ribcage and regardless of breast width fitting 2 x 460cc MHP implants on thats sized ribcage I was going to get side boobs .................

trying them on is the only way to decide for me really, also the 1 thing I would say if if you find the implant size that looks best on you , like mine was 410cc I though they looked perfect BUT then go up 1 size like i did to 460cc to make up for them being inside you and youll get the boobs you tried on Hope this helps x

Hi StirCrazy, I'm extremely petite. I consulted five different surgeons and they all agreed that I should get between 260-285cc under the muscle. I'm cup 32a, 1.53m, size 6/8, 43kg.
Usually they say that for narrow chests it's better to have high profile implants. However, as Crystal said it's better to seek professional advice. Everyone is different (physically) plus the fact that each surgeon uses a different technique. Good luck!

Thanks ladies. She has seen her surgeon, and she is seeing him again on Friday. I'm gonna have her do the rice test and she wants me to go with her on Friday. Thinks the ps will get a better idea with a visual aid.lol

The rice test is not a good thing to go on and I found it to be WAY out and the rice boobs came up alot bigger then the actual implants!........go with her and get her to try them on with you there so you can both see whats best

Hi Crystal. I know the rice test isn't accurate. when i did mine, I made the rice boobs two sizes smaller 260cc, and I then chose the 300cc implants, and they look exactly the same. I put on a tight bra and a very tight top. I do wish I had gone bigger, maybe gotten the 375cc or 400cc implants.

I told her to take the implant size and minus 15% off that so they won't look that big once they are inside of you.
