Sizing is probably the most common worry we have here right before having surgery along with GA fear!!!

What you're feeling is totally normal hun, when the nerves start to kick in you start over thinking your surgery plan and then get all anxious that you may not have made the right decision...

Don't let anybody tell you there's little difference between the 400s and the 450s babe because there is! I've had both 460 and now have 400s and it's made a big difference to my shape so even as small as 50 CCs will make a difference to your size. Just think of it this way hun, if any amount of CCs weren't gonna make a difference, you can be sure the manufacturers wouldn't bother making them!

If you feel like this is something you're overly concerned about hun then I'd suggest you seek a second consultation with your surgeon. This is very common and most often than not is what is needed just to put your mind at rest and give you the reassurance you need. If you trust your surgeon and just feel it's nerves maybe call the clinic babe and request both sizes are brought into theatre. Take a picture with you of the 'look' you want from your BA. Mens mags such as Nuts are a great place to look for boobs. As your surgeon doesn't work in cup sizes but volume (CCs) they get a much better picture from 'seeing' what you what to help you achieve the 'look' you want through sizers whilst you're in theatre

400CCs is a good sized implant but it's hard to say if I think it will give you the 'look' you want because I just don't know... there are so many factors that go in to achieving your resulting size and as our anatomy is unique to us, the same woman with the same sized implant could come away with completely different resulting sizes! This is because they may have more/less breast tissue than you. They have more/less overall body fat, their boobs may fall differently to yours, their rib cage may be wider/narrower than yours... I could go on and on sweetie but I think you get the picture.

If you'd like we have everyones post-op stats [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for you to look at to see the variations in sizes between women with the same stats. XX

I think when it comes down to it, you have to ask yourself if you would rather be a bit bigger than you expected or a bit smaller. If you get just right it would be perfect, but you have to decide whether to aire on caution of go for a bit bigger. Discussing at a 2nd consultation will help you. There are a lot of women that wish they went bigger, but are happy with what they have and there are those that have re ops to go bigger not long after. There are also women that feel they went to big and their boobs do not suit their frame and they feel very self consious.
