Just wondering if anyone can advise me on different sizes for a c cup. I am an A cup if that at present, i would like to go to C cup and have been advised to try 245, 280 or 315 ml filled bras with water in plastic gloves. This i have done and is fine, works well although not tried the rice thing. Anyway i don,t understand how each of these sizes can still work out around about a C cup? anyone understand ? I suppose it is just different volume ? look? i am going for 2 nd consultation on weds so will ask then . also i m worried of looking too big for my size and people noticing so is 315 too big ? , i m size 8 extremly flat chested and 5 ft 8 ins in height and not keen on busy bodies knowing my business if you know what i mean !! its going to be difficult though i think x

i had 260cc mhp overs and i look a C. even tho i measure a D/DD. (implants always measure bigger than they look) i think your stats and your pre op size will depend on the size u will end up. im an 8/10 and was a very flat 32A pre op, the people i didnt tell about my op didnt notice prob cos i always wore padded gel bras before xx

Hi - I wear a D but look a C I think - I had 255cc but then I'm only 5'3 so a fair bit shorter than you. So you could probably get away with the 280s/315s...have you tried getting another opinion?

There isn't a huge difference between some sized implants - sometimes just a few teaspoons so I think the difference can be quite subtle.

Good luck making up your mind - I know how hard this decision is - in the end I just let my ps choose!!

I had 325s and I measure a dd although I agree I certainly don't look a dd and no one has noticed that I've had it done!
