Capsular Contracture Home Remedies? Empty Capsular Contracture Home Remedies?

So I've just been to my 1 year post op appointment and although everything else is great, my surgeon has informed me that I've got grade 2 capsular contracture in my right breast. It looks completely normal and I have no pain, its just harder than the other one.

Has anyone else had capsular contracture, and if so, did any home remedies help reduce it? Would massaging help, and how exactly do I massage it? I also heard that taking Vitamin E can help?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi so sorry to hear you have cc already ! I have read about several things used when looking online ...something called BI Secret (available from US), an asthma drug called Accolate (Pavabid) apparently is sometimes used as a treatment (dont know how this works but have read about it a few times) plus a supplement called Vitalzym and another called Singulair....worth looking into them further online plus I have also read Vitamin E can help too.
