So, if I understand well, if you spend the whole night sleeping sat down you could avoid the morning boob, right? In other words the trick is not to lay down?!

Honestly, you can't avoid morning boob entirely. I sat up and still had it *a bit* Best to have someone bring you 2 packs of frozen peas and ice both boobies up for 10 minutes before getting up. It only lasts 2-3 weeks it's really not so bad and it will be over before you know it!!

I never had morning boob I don't know what it is?? I just climb out of bed normally and did from day after op. Maybe because you've all had bigger than me xxx

LUCKY YOU!!! I'm not sure if it's as prevalent with overs? I thought it was same for both but maybe not!...basically, it's when you're healing, when you wake up, they feel heavy (like pre-period boobs). It's not really pain, just feels heavy and sometimes can be pins and needles-ish.

You defo are chica!!! It's very aggravating as you just feel as if they're going to fall off your chest!! (A strange sensation for me since I had no boobies before morning boob - Page 2 557141

Oh yes, mine was not until about 1 week post op, until then they were so stretched I couldn't feel anything! When did yours come steph?

I found I got it a different times of the day.very occasionally get it now but I think my recovery was a pretty rubbis one. I always have to be dramatic! Xx

I didn't get morning boob and I had big implants. I was sleeping quite high as in very propped up so maybe that is why.

Mine came late. About 9 days later. I think its to do with unders and lying still, sitting up or lying down. So when we start moving around, the implant has set in place causing pain. Could be wrong but thats my philosophy anyway.

It happens with any placement and is due to many factors, but mostly swelling. I had it for a few weeks and you just get through it.

Probably in week two... cant really remember much except I thought i'd managed to escape it and BAM I hated mornings even more!!!
