No Morning Boob this Morning!!
When I woke up everything was a lot less stiff than usual. They're not what I would call soft but the muscle was more relaxed this morning than any other. I'm wondering if this means I won't have that boulders bolted on feeling in the morning any more or can it come and go? It certainly put me in a good mood this morning

Ooooo wonderful news!... You should be fine now hun! Once they start to relax you should start to see a change in shape/size too.. it's a really exciting time and the ease in the morning is just great!
Can't wait to have that back again too! LOL

Yay! I was so hoping it meant that. They still go through weird tightenings throughout the day but nothing too intense. Just feels like my milk let-down.

Re: No Morning Boob this Morning!!
Thats super duper news!
When did you have your BA done.
I had mine 10 days ago and this morning is definately easier!
Not as hard on the top of my chest but the tenderness feels worse,
but the tightness is easing!
Its getting from the laying down position to sitting up in the morning.
The noises I make doing it are quite comical (and slightly worrying!)
So glad to hear you feel more comfortable

I'm a week out today. I'm going to be taking some more pics to compare Day 2 with.
I woke up through the night, still can't sleep very good, and my right breast was really relaxed and almost soft! I'm so glad my muscles are beginning to accomodate the implant!
Congrats on feeling good too! :)

I too am still waking up in the night, once or twice.
(it could be where my partner is trying to touch them in his sleep...wishful thinking on his behalf, I have warned him his is likely to get to black eyes and not from my new boobies either!)
My V pillow has been a god send tho!
I must admit thats when it hurts the most, at night.

You're 3 days ahead of me! I'm still in the recliner with my v pillow (love it!) I have a body pillow I got from Costco one year when I was pregnant and I'm going to try and use that to transition me into the bed.
I'm through with my pain meds which is good and bad. I still need them at night because I am sore and nothing else cuts the pain like Tramadol. But I think it's giving me horrible insomnia. Tomorrow I'm going to try and take a sleeping pill and see if it knocks me out enough to have a full nights sleep. Or at least 5 consecutive hours!

Glad they are starting to relax honey. I'm surprised tramadol doesn't help you sleep. It knocked me for six and was excellent for the pain.

It's weird isn't it! After the op I was given 18 mg of morphine at 2 mg/15 min then back in my room I was given 1 tramadol. 2 hours later 5mg of morphine, an hour later 1 tramadol and I didn't fall asleep until I was given another 5mg of morphine an hour after that. I only slept for 2 hours!! Since the op I fall asleep around 11pm and wake up between 12:30 and 1:30 am and I'm up until 5am and sleep until 6:30am and the whole pattern continues.
I am one of those freaks who was never affected by night-time cold meds or anything that is supposed to cause drowsiness. My boys are the same. Everyone else will give their kids some meds when they have a cold and get some rest because the kids fall asleep. Mine get hyper.
I'm hoping I will sleep tonight. I had a bit of a mini-breakdown last night. All this sleep deprivation is making me feel uber sensitive.
I might call my PS about getting something else, though he may not give an RX now that I'm over a week post-op. If he doesn't would it be unethical to go to my family doctor?
Thanks so much for all your well wishes and support. You girls rock!!
