Re: does casual smoking affect your boobies?
I am on day 8 now. Drinking loads and loads of water every time you get that craving.Try it, im sure its helping along with the gums.
But I do feel like my little bit of time for me has gone but im sure me feeling sorry for myself (again) will pass
Must say though I do love the smell still so much! And im a little worried at how long I hovered around the big issue man this morning xx

Smoking is bad for your skin, whether or not that amount of light smoking could have such an effect - I am unsure, but as you said - your body react negativly to toxins so your body is obviously more sensitive than others.
I am a smoker and am at this moment down to 2 per day. I have my BA booked in 17 days so I am hoping that this morning was my very last Cig!
After all, the risks are scary enough without adding to them eh!
Gonna see if I can get those herbal smokes from the Health shop coz am finding it hard and Im sure I can smoke those coz they have no nicotine
xx

Re: does casual smoking affect your boobies?
I was one of the ones that did not give up. I did cut down to 4 a day and didn't smoke 24hrs before the surgery. Although I did smoke one 4 hours after my surgery. I did give up for a few weeks a few months ago using the electronic cigs off amazon. You buy cartridges with the nicotine in and then gradually reduce the level of nicotine and eventually use the cartridges with no nicotine in. They don't taste so much like cigs but they have the real smoke that hits the back of your throat so its almost like the real thing. I will have to try again as they really helped.

Im 18 days fag free and the want is still terrible. But my skin is amazing compared to how it was before. I am curbing my appitite with loads of apples and gallons of water (helping my skin loads too) I have also lost the darkness under my eyes.
I am still chewing nicotine gum (low dose) which I couldnt live without even though I dont use that much.
Good luck for all those trying x

Hey ladies I have been quit smoking for a few weeks now but the last few days I have had a sneaky couple of puffs, literally two or three puffs on my mates cig, so not even one a day! I haven't had any at all today and im not going to as op is Tom! Nerves are kicked in full throttle that's why I'm having a sneaky puff! Does the anesthetist ask if you smoke then? Xxx

I think they probably will, but they wont stop your surgery there are women that dont stop at all. Its all about the healing process. You have done really well just try not to have any more. You must be so excited ae you going 410 or 460?What size are you now? xx
