Re: How long after BA can you do Exercise?
Hey hun - there's another thread like this, but I think in general, light exercise after 2 weeks, moderate exercise from 3-6 weeks, then back to normal after 6 weeks. But check with your PS!!

Re: How long after BA can you do Exercise?
I was told 4-6 weeks but 6 weeks if I wasn't sure I was absolutely fine (walking after a couple of days if you want to do something).
I went for a 4 mile run at 6 weeks and 2 days and felt absolutely fine (other than the ridiculous high intensity sports bra that was crushing my chest, lol!).
I was told to take it easy and build back up slowly to pre-op levels of exercise though! xx
