Exercise
Sorry, another exercise thread! My PS was pretty vague about exercise and basically said, 'do what feels comfortable, if it's uncomfortable stop'. Just started doing the 30 day shred and wondered if you girls could give any more specific advice than that? Video link to help:

I'm not doing pushups or using weights at all. Do you reckon I'll be okay doing it like that? And when did you all start using weights? (They'd only be little ones, no proper weightlifting!). Jumping jacks etc aren't uncomfortable but I have quite a bit of bounce going on (boobs are strapped up in a triaction extreme) and I'm just a bit worried about damaging something with the bounce!
Thanks x

Re: Exercise
I'm not that big on exercise, I walk miles with my work climb lots of stairs etc so feel that by the time I finish I have done a good workout ..lol
Hopefully some one who does exercise will be along shortly to advise you.
I have seen someone advised before for bounce to try wearing two bras to keep them well supported, you may find this helps. XXX

Re: Exercise
From your post, I'm presuming you've actually been given the clear to wear wired bras and go back to excercise.
IF this is the case then you're able to treat your boobs as you would your normal boobs. However...all though you have been given the all clear, that's not to say your boobs actually agree. So you really must listen to your body because this is what's going to tell you exactly what you are capable of.
You're able to do jumping, jacks, lift weights, whatever you want to do, but at the first, just take things slow and steady. If you overdo it, your boobs will ache and they'll be letting you know you're doing too much so you need to cut down, put your boobs in a good sportsbra 24/7 until it's back to feeling ok.
As long as you've been given the all clear and are listening to your body and wearing a good sportsbra (which you are) then you needn't worry. Xx

Re: Exercise
I agree with cookie. I've been doing the shred since 8 weeks post op but only level 1 and the only thing I've adapted are the push ups and currently just do box ones!
