Re: exercise (again)
I was advised 6 weeks po I can start exercising again. I was told to ease into it and stop immediately if you feel any discomfort. Make sure U have a good support bra ie a RUN one is a good bra. Pilates should be fine as its not to strenuous on the body. Just be aware of what your body is feeling x

Re: exercise (again)
The ab belt will be fine hun as it only targets your lower tummy muscles. As for other exercise be careful with running .I would leave that a little longer just to be on the safe side. I was told not even to use a exercise bike for at least 6 weeks. xx

Re: exercise (again)
I was told 6 weeks also, but it did take me a couple of weeks longer before I felt strong enough to get back to anything, I was as weak as a kitten!
It's best not to look for any loop holes to get around the 6 week no exercise restriction lovely. I know you girls who are really into the gym really miss it, but you'll miss your new boobs more if they have to go because you overdid things won't you LOL. xx
