Strange sensation in left breast... Empty Strange sensation in left breast...

Soo sorry for posting 2 topics today I really just need to put my mind at rest. Tonight i've had a strange bubbling sensation in my breast.
I have had under muscle in the left & over on the right and it only happens on the left breast (unders). It sort of makes a tiny creaking sound, is my muscles just getting used to it or something?
It's only happened a couple of times. (only had my ba done on wednesday) Maybe the creaking sound is my bra? I'm not sure :(
