SO nervous!
Hi girls!
I know everyone probably felt like this right before their op - but my problem is the op isn't until Friday and I'm so nervous, I don't know how I'll get through the next 4 days!
Just feels better to post about it!
Thanks for listening :) (reading!)
xx

Re: SO nervous!
Thanks Sally - your avatar is GORGEOUS btw - I think I'm most nervous about the GA and the pain (as I'm having unders) and having to return to work - but I'm going to take it super-easy and if anyone tries to make me do too much, I have no problem telling them what kind of surgery I've had and that I can't lift, reach, whatever!
(I've heard that's the most common source of Hematoma - doing too much, too soon.)
I hope I have as good a result as everyone on this site - I will definitely be posting my "after" avatar!!

Hi Alexandra, 3 days will fly before you know it... did you go through the checklist and pack your bag yet? Maybe it will help if you do something related to the surgery I look forward to your BA story!

Re: SO nervous!
Bless you im 8days post op but i was the same honest was so scared of ga and not feeling in control of my body untill i woke up but its lovelly just like that moment when your at your most comfy about to drift of to a nice sleep!! And the pain is worse in your imagination than it ever is in reality i have heen so shocked how well i feel!! And the best part a bit of discomfort and anxiety and in return you get the figure you always wanted, confidence, the feeling of being happy in your own skin and most importantly a serious excuse for a stupid amount of lingerie and clothes shopping lol so chin up 4 days will come and go quicker than u think

Re: SO nervous!
Thanks so much girls!! I really do feel ok, but had quite a lot of wine last night which probably helped. Although I did have a nightmare last night, which was strange....I'm sure it's all because of anxiety!!
Xaxa - I actually am just doing an out-patient surgery - so I won't be staying overnight - but will have my BF taking care of me at home (that may be the scariest bit LOL)
I did my last sizing session last night - what I didn't realize about the gels is that as you go up CCs (at least with moderate profile gels) the implant gets wider and wider circumference-wise.
So the 400cc looks a bit too wide for my frame, but I'm going to tell the Doctor that I'd like to do it if he thinks it will look good and not be so big that I will have complications - but otherwise to use the 375cc.
I'm already thinking that if I have a lift after having kids I'll go with slightly bigger "overs". hahaha!!
Christy - thank you, the pain is definitely a worry for me. I generally am a good healer, but I do plan to use the pain pills if I need them!! I'm glad to hear you're doing well.
Jen - It's just such a strange notion to go under and wake up with boobies! I almost wish I had gone through docs to find ones who didn't use GA as I've heard on this site that women who get the "twilight sleep" plus local anesthesia really feel in charge of their surgery. But oh well, I will stop stressing!
Tasha - what time are you on Friday? I am at 4pm NY time (which I think is 10pm by you?) Good luck girlie!!
Bkoz and Opal - I can't WAIT to post how it went - although it will be in the middle of the night for you girls - I am prone to long-winded writings, so hope you're all ready for a novel!!!!

Re: SO nervous!
Hi hun, I cant really offer much advice about being nervous as I am also yet to experience it and will most likely be saving the same thing in a few days lol. However, I'm sure it will go amazingly well and just wanted to wish you good luck for Friday x
