Thats a fab, natural tip hun, as so good for you too with all the b vitamins in them, i always buy seedy bread so maybe that helped me quit without me knowing x

that's interesting - I love sunflower seeds!! I also read of a woman who everytime she had a craving she put on hand cream - I mean she made a big deal of rubbing it in etc. So she has soft hands AND cleaner lungs!! Hey presto!!! As for the blood flow - my dad is a horrendous 50-60 a day smoker and in the winter his fingers go completely white from the lack of blood flow! Its a serious thing - its why smokers teeth rarely bleed even when you brush the granny out of them.
Told you, I am a anti-smoking nazi!!
I wish all of you well who are trying to give up - if you do it you will be hugely and justifyably proud of yourself!!!
