I think all surgeons say different things. I'm not a heavy smoker and mine says I don't have to stop. Obviously it's better overall if you do. Not just for surgery just in general. I stopped drinking started dieting so stopping smoking is my New Years resolution. Xx

I think I was more of a food addict than a smoke addict so if I can do that I reckon I can quit the ciggy's. (Just not both at same time) only got 12lb to goal weight now just over 2st gone so far. Then it's definetly time to kick nicotines butt. I think it's all mind over matter you can do this if it's something you really want xx

It's tricky, but obviously the less you smoke, the better it is for you. If you're only smoking 2 a day instead of 10, that's an improvement. Don't beat yourself up too much about it, just try again.
