smoking after your op.....
ok ladies - so im 48 hours now - so being REALLY good - not having a single smoke or even thinking about it!!! as much as its killing me!!! (got caught sucking on a lolly stick earlier!!!!)....
so.... how long did you smokers wait until after your op to have your first smoke???
also - does it increase the risk of capsular contracture????
thanks girlies xxxx

Not even thinking about it Yeh!!!
Well!! well done for not smoking now!! and yes it does prevent oxogen flowing through your body, and blood clotting, and hinders healing etc.etc.!!! Best to stop completely if you are not even thinking about it now?? ...you should have got over the worst of the withdrawel symptoms. Be good to you, and replace the smoking with fab new boobies...they are far more pleasing and better for your health.!!
P.S. I did think about it...had my first one 24hrs after

Re: smoking after your op.....
Keep it going, the first 3 days are the worst. Then it gets easier. I can't say much though I didn't give up and was very bad. Wish I had done it though. I'm really scared of getting CC because of smoking.
