Re: September Buddies!
Good luck Claire and Nikita - you're probably both in theatre at the moment!! Keep us posted of how you get on! x
I've just completed a 10k race this morning (my last bit of running for a while!). Usually I'm a bundle of nerves before a race, but this morning it was totally eclipsed by my nerves about tomorrow morning!! Feel totally unprepared and for some reason a little sad to say goodbye to my little boobies! I'm sure I'll feel different when I say a big hello to my big new boobies!!

Good luck Claire and Nikita! I'm sure u don't need it, you'll be fine!
Peapod and StirCrazy good luck too, not long!
I'm feeling a bit sore but really not as bad as I thought. My bloated belly is bothering me more!! I haven't got much of an appetite at mo but am trying to eat 3 small meals a day. Have not taken any pain relief and don't intend to. Weird thing is that I can't seem to stand up straight, maybe I don't like the tight feeling or maybe it's the weight??!

Re: September Buddies!
Hi Lou2011, good to hear you are doing better. I don't think its the weight, my PS told me that the implants weight about 2lbs together. Maybe its because of the anaesthesia, combined with the muscle still being tender. I'm sure it will pass in another couple of days.
I hope that you are going to get better soon and by this time next week you would be over the worst. How are you with the size and feel. I see you had 330cc MP's, what were your stats PRE BA.

Re: September Buddies!
Hi StirCrazy
I'm 5'6" and about 9.5 stone (size 10). I really don't want to go much bigger than a C cup, but the surgeon has said that he can't guarantee that I won't end up a D cup. I've no idea what profile they're going to be. It's a tough decision as I don't want to look 'big', but want to make it worth while!!
I'll try and post my story as soon as possible when I get home so hopefully you have time to read it before you go in on Wednesday! x

Re: September Buddies!
Thanks StirCrazy.
I was a 34B and size 10. I was encouraged to go for 300cc full profile but I did not like the projection of these so begged my surgeon to let me have moderate. He was surprised I wanted these. My sports bra is a 36D as there is some swelling. I'm hoping that once the swelling has gone I'll be a 34D. I'm so far very pleased with them. Two people have seen them and said that they are not really that big which I'm pleased about. I really think I had the perfect implant to suit me. I would not have liked to go bigger and I don't think I would have wanted to go smaller (could possibly have been happy with 310cc tho). Projection is great. It's early days tho yet but so far very pleased. By the way I went over the muscle. xx

Re: September Buddies!
Lou - I feel hunched over when I wake up or have been sat down for a while. Is that how you feel? I've found little gentle walks helps loosen me up. That's good your off the pain meds already! I'm just on paracetamol and iburophen now. Im trying to avoid the coedine unless i get really sore Xxx

Re: September Buddies!
I have not put my shoulders straight since I guess things aren't so sore and uncomfortable when I hunch?? Plus I've got lots of sticky tape everywhere so feel restricted. I'm not sure if I should try to fight it or just go with it??!
Louise u sound like you're doing well are u pleased? xx

Re: September Buddies!
ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory, maybe that will help loosen your shoulders? Make sure you take them with food though, I think it can make you feel sick otherwise. I'm sure it's all normal discomfort, I've been trying to straighten my back and shoulders out because they start to ache after a while.
I'm absolutely over the moon with my results, the pain hasnt been as bad as I thought. I'm just getting a bit frustrated with not being able to do things, the house is getting messy which is driving me crazy. Im really trying hard not to moan about it at home to my boyfriend and family because I wanted to do this and I knew it would be hard afterwards. I dont want to do their heads in!! How about you? How are you finding it all? Xxx

Re: September Buddies!
Thanks for the info. I'm a little smaller than you, and I wanted to go to a full C cup, don't wanne go too big and look all fake like. I might end up with a small D cup, which is ok, cause I read about a lot of girls that said that fake boobs are a bit smaller than real ones, so that would then actually make me a C cup.lol. I HOPE. Don't wanne end up smaller though, like you said, make it worth while.

Re: September Buddies!
My replies aren't appearing?!
I may move to the Ibuprofen as I don't want to put my back out.
I know I hate not being able to walk properly and I'm not sure if I should be walking around or resting?! Just because you knew it would be hard doesn't mean your boyfriend and family can't rally round!!!!
StirCrazy- my friend had 300cc full profile and was a 34B they look really good but strangely bigger than mine. Really hard to judge what size you'll be but ur surgeon will know best! I'm sure they'll look great. xx

I didnt mean they're getting annoyed having to do things for me, especially my boyfriend, he's been awesome. I'm just used to being really independent and doing everything for myself and everyone else. I just feel guilty asking people to do things for me, even though I know they don't mind and I would do it for them if it was the other way round. It's just me being silly!
I think you should try and move around but just take it easy and rest loads, maybe take a few pain killers if your really stiff, no point being uncomfortable for no reason. I found my chest was so tight, I couldn't take deep breaths so I found I got breathless if I walked to fast. It's eased off loads now though xxx

Re: September Buddies!
Ah it is annoying not being able to do things for yourself I guess, but surely it will all be over soon. I don't like the tightness and feel quite fragile.
Do u keep looking at yours in the mirror? ha ha.
Have u been told to massage them at all? I haven't?? x

Re: September Buddies!
Yeah, I can't stop looking! One of my nipples is taped up from the doughnut lift and I'm dying to see it! I have to wait until Tuesday though. I'm not very good at being patient!! are you taking pictures? I can't believe how much mine have changed already!
I am feeling tons better today, getting out of bed was easier, I managed to tie my hair up on my own and get dressed by myself! I think this bit might be harder in some ways as you feel well but still can't lift things. We'll get there, and we'll be all healed by Xmas! I'm so looking forward to the Christmas parties this year!! Xxx

Re: September Buddies!
I know I'm taped up above and below and just want to see what they are like without. Will find out Thursday.
Oh I bet u can't wait, 2 more days!!! I took some before pics and I just took some pics today. Will keep taking them so I can track the progress.
Have u got any itching near incisions? I'm not looking forward to seeing them to be honest.
I know! We booked a good time to have it done. After summer but just enough time to heal for Xmas season and next summer they'll be great!! x
