Re: Anyone know about the J Frame technique?
I was a 34B and had 460cc and I'm currently squshed into a 34E sports bra, I'll prob end about an E/F I think, I found it all good, I did have drains and they seemed useful as it help free my new boobs of unwanted after fluids, but my scar is rather small - shorter than my index finger by about 1/3. I had minimal bruising and after 10 days iv been lightly exerciing my bottom half, I ha mine overs as well and this was mostly because I train my upper body 2-3 times a week ... Hope this helps ! xXx
