300cc implants on small frame

I am starting with an AA cup size and skinny 5'7" 112 lbs. I am unsure of the size I want but thinking small C. I just want it to be in proportion with my body. What do you girls think of a 300cc? Sorry I don't have any pictures at the moment but I am very tiny. Anyone who is thin like me gone with a smaller implant like this? I am not looking to be top heavy..

It's difficult to say what's the right sized implants for you hun as there are so many factors that that go into you achieving your resulting size. Even your surgeon can only give you a 'guestimate' and even with women who have the exact same stats as yourself and the exact same sized implant could come home with a very different sized result. This is because our anatomies are unique to us all, so you're breast shape may differ to the the other woman with the same stats as you, your breast may fall differently, you hay have more/less breast tissue, you may have more/less overall body fat, your rib cage may be wider/narrower.... the list just goes on and on sweetheart and is what your plastic surgeon will have specialised in to help you achieve the look you want.

If you think it may help you babe, take a look through our [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I'm sure you'll find someone there with similar if not the same stats as yourself and maybe their results will give you 'a general idea' of what to expect from that sized implant. You could see there also what sized implant others of similar or the same stats achieved for their resulting size with different sized implants there too.

Just to add my own 'guestimate, I personally think the 300s would be fine for you, being as tall as you are. xx

Hi there, I am a very small frame, a bit shorter than you at 5,4 with 32a and I've had 240 unders. I'm only 3 days post op but first impressions is that 240 is a very good size for me as I know have boobs, but they're not so big on my frame that people will look at me and immediately think 'boob job'.

The best person to advise you is your PS hun. He'll be able to say what size your frame can carry and it also helps if you take along some pics of the look you're hoping to achieve so you can both work together to give you the boobies you want!

I agree, a surgeon will be best to look at all the factors and advise you properly. Also taking pictures with you to show the surgeon of boobs you like and thaat you think would suit you, will help the surgeon see exactly the look you are trying to achieve. Are you having silicone or saline? or have you not decided yet.

I'm 5 ft 1, 7 stone, was 30A. First ba I had 315 unders, went to a 30DD. Second ba to replace my pip's, I had 495, wearing 32E sports bra at the moment. I think the 300's would be fine on you especially as you're quite tall, I think you would be more like a D cup though xx

A D cup? Really.? I definitely don't want to a D. I love Leann Rimes BA, perfect! Maybe I'll take in a picture of hers? My Ps said I could go from 300-375 cc and that he could use sizers in the operating room. I am definitely going with silicone.

And Cookie you are right, I have looked at pictures of girls with the same stats, size etc. and with the same cc's and they all look different! Its so complicated!

You may end up measureing bigger than you look, s i wouldn't worry too much about the actual sizes of the cup. I would focus more on what you want to look like. If my surgeon would have told me I'd be a 32FF after my op I would have gone with a lot smaller implants, but when I look at my boobs they dont look very big at all, in fact next BA I will probably go a bit bigger.

It is... take a picture to show your surgeon the 'LOOK' you want rather than the 'SIZE' you want as surgeons don't work in cup sizes at all weetheart, they work in volume (CCs) so 'seeing' what you want best helps your surgeon to determine how many CCs are required to achieve your 'look'.

You may want to also take a look around lingerie shops, the idea of a D cups at first brings MASSIVE boobies to mind doesn't it, but the size is also determined by your band, so if you being tiny were a 28D, take a look at the equivalent to that in the shop, pick up maybe a 32 band, now as you go up a band size, you then have to go down a cup size, so you'd be comparing with 32B.

Its difficult to get your head around at first, but just go and pick a 28/30 D and you'll see it's not actually as large as you may think sweetheart, easpecially on a slim backed tall lady such as yourself. xx
