Super extra high profile on small frame

I am very small framed with 5.7 and 103 lbs. and want to go from 34 A to at least 32 E or 34 D., but still having my doubts whether it is possible to reach it.

I will get an extra high profile gummie silicone round with 365 cc and over the muscle/subglandular placement.



Can this ultra high projection of 5,4 cm in connection with round shape ( 11,4 cm diameter, therefore the form of nearly a half ball and very fake looking ) and subglandular placement result in a 34D at least in my case ?

There is no other implant on the market with such big projection and ' only ' 365 cc volume



But my doctor is telling me that in any case it will result a 75 C , but it would be unclear to result in a 34 D , in spite of that big projection, therefore I am very unsure how to come out, with which result of my BA



Anybody in the forum with comparable measures and ultra high profile implants ?

Would you mean that I can reach my goal ?



How fake it will look with such big projection ? Any experience ?

Hi Jenny,

You have a small frame and so do I although I am a lot shorter than you. I had a high profile. I went from 30A (I thought I was 32) to 30 E with 280 and 310cc

The difficulty you have is there is no magic wand to see what you will look like as we all have different outcomes.

That may answer a few questions. However the best thing to do is to find photos of boobs you like the look of and then go to the surgeon and ask what profile is best to achieve this.

Look at the pages for new members as there is a lot of good guidance on this forum already.

Hay hun............just noticed you said your a 34 band and think maybe you have worked your starting bra size out wrong ( which we have all done!lol) as you weigh 104lbs and have a small frame I just can see you being that size!....more a 30 band........what do you measure in inches under your boobs?.....

But take into account that I am very small framed, with 5.7 tall and only 7.4 stones, therefore an ultra high profile implant with a 5,4 cm. projection ( and in addition overs ) on me should normally produce at least a 34 D or 32 E cup ( my hopeness, preference for still more ) and a very fake look ( because 'half ball' implant )



I can wear a 34 A as well as a 32 B cup, I am thin, but take into account tall.

You should get yourself measured properly now. As Crystal said, if you are that slim you may have the wrong band size.

Personally I was never able to fit into a 32B I always had a 32A which was very loose on the cups and I wore it on the smallest size. Your back size wont change only your cup size. I have since found out I am actually a 30 back.

You are worried that you are going to look fake, but what is your idea of fake. Everyones is different and has different thoughts. This is why you need to show pictures of what you want to your surgeon. This is the only way you can know you are getting what you want.

I have a high profile and still they look fake to me, but then thats because at the end of the day they are fake and I never new what it looks like to have boobs anyway. I am a happy Shorty now with boobs :)

I don't think anyone will be able to answer your question as you are looking for something very specific. If you want a fake look you will have to get the biggest implant you can. I would also suggest you measure again as a 34 does sound too big.

First of all, I also wish to say afterwards : I am finally a happy Jenny with boobs on !

For me the fake look is no problem, it is clear for me that it will result this way, due to the very special implant size and form of nearly half balls, for me it is important to get a big result in cup increase.
