Hi there - my ps uses nagor GFX which I'm fine with but just confused as to which profile to go for. I'm a 34 bra size and I thought I wanted 395cc extra high cause I like the round look underneath but these have a smaller diameter than the 370cc high profiles which I also like the look of. If you have a larger back i.e not a 30/32 surely it would be best to go with a wider diameter implant otherwise I might have a big gap in the middle of the implants? The 395cc extra high have a 123mm diameter and 49mm projection and the 370cc high have a 126mm diameter and 40mm projection.

Decisions decisions! Any suggestions on what would look best? I'm 5feet9 and a size 12 by the way.

I think there is very little difference in the diameter of the implants, but quite a lot in projection. I think it depends on how much you want them to project.

I agree with misf1, 3mm is really not that much at all, although when you have both implants in, the difference between the two will be 6mm of space on your chest which is only just over 1/2 a cm. So not that much difference.

I would suggest in your consults that you try the implants on under a sports bra to see which look you like best!
