Hi

has anyone had nagor impleo extra high profiles? would you have them as overs?
i have seen them and they look fab, but I thought extra high would be for ladies who have unders, to give more projection..I have been told I can have 270 or 290 extra high as overs, which i agreed to have as I am worried about going under the muscle, i didnt think i had enough tissue to go over but my surgeon has said i have and he is the expert so i should trust his judgment yes?.. what if i change my mind and want to go for unders when i get to the hospital would he do it.. i dont want them to ripple ( if over) as that would look awful and i am getting them done because I have had 2 kids and breast fed and now they are a flat 30a, and I hate them.. confused and worried, not going in till 3rd july but cant stop thinking about it.

Hi I didn't have the nagor implants, but I had high profiles from a 32A over the muscle and have no rippling and I had a large implant 410cc. I think extra high would be more for someone with a small band width but needs the extra projection. I would trust your surgeons judgement, but if you are unsure book another consultation with him just to go over it again to put your mind at ease

Funkygirl has extra high overs and hers look fab hunni! If your surgeon thinks that's the best option for you babe, I'd be happy with that hun. xxx

I am having extra full proj, tall anatomicals. My surgeon said I need the tall ones to give me back height and the extra full proj to give me better proj for the given cc amt. I too have breastfed and basically have skin envelopes and very little upper breast tissue. If I had low or mod implants in one of the cc's that James is going to take into the op room I would end up with wide flat breasts.

I have been doing research and on US websites and forums, extra full (or extra high) are recommended to fill loose skin and in mild sagging cases. They can be used to give a fake look but in cases like ours they will apparently look very natural.

yes it does make sense, i am having the round extra high impleo nagor, because when i tried on the mod they did look very wide on me, and the impleo extra high are for a smaller frame, can i ask what size you are now and what yo uare hoping to be after your op, my surgeon has said i can go upto 290cc but looking on here it seems very small, i would like to be a C or D i am a 32a.

Hi izzie37, I am 5'7'' and 10 stone, and am currently a 32b but baggy, basically the skin of my boobs is a B but there is nothing in there!! If I had some breast tissue then I would probably be a D cup!!
I am hoping to be at least a DD post op, I have side shoulders (swimmers figure) so could carry of quite large boobs quite well so if I end up an F cup I won't be too concerned.
For you if you have a narrow frame then the eh profiles sound from my limited exp, a good choice. A 290cc moderate would have a bigger diameter and be too wide for you, so you would need a lot less cc's in the mod profile to reduce the diameter to one you could fit in to your breast width. With the extra highs you get a narrower base for the given cc amount and this means you get a bigger implant.

What I've just written makes sense in my head, I just hope it reads well!!
