Hi Ladies,

My PS has confirmed today that I am having the Extra High Profile 450cc round implants, has any one had the XHP's?

no sorry i had hight profiles but i dont really understand what all the names means =S,maybe have a loot on google and lool at some ba pics with it>? x

Hi Kizzy,

I am due to have these too - Natrelle XHP 430 cc round unders. I have questioned how these look and their projection too! There are a few people recently who have had these. I am assuming my surgeon has suggested these due to my frame so am putting my faith in him! They project out further.... because they are narrower it enables you to get the fuller look and cup size you want, otherwise you would have to go down a size if you were to have a lower projection as the bdw would still be the same. Hoping I've got that right! xxx

Iv had extra high profiles. I'm quite narrow so that's one reason and also it's to help my shape as I was tuberous. I love the result iv got from them.

Iv got a great link on my laptop with measurements, I'll post it when I get on my computer x

Hi ladies, just incase you were looking at Natrelles here are all the measurements for them. I found it helpful to know the difference between the biggest and smallest implants my surgeon wanted to use x

Thanks Claire and Rosygirl, those links are great. I was getting confused as when i've been reading up on the xhp's some women say they are used for narrow frames and others say they are used for the wider frames! From what I gather, it depends mainly on our bwd and whether we have much breast tissue to start with. I'm hoping for a full DD too Claire, can I ask what size you were pre BA?

Jojo you are in 7 days before me Extra High Profiles! 184153

and we are getting similar sizes only you are getting unders whereas i'm overs. I wonder whether our recoverys will be much different.

Hi Kizzy,

I have just been back to see the PCC today to try on the sizes again and have definitely confirmed I am having 420cc Natrelle XHP round unders! They looked amazing on and I am so so pleased with my choice. I will put some pics up on picture trail for you to see once I am home next week xxx

Hi Jojo, that would be great. I can prepare myself for whats ahead!!! As we are going for more or less the same size it will be good to compare the unders v overs pics and our recovery etc xxx

I'm not sure yet whether mine are the Natrelle or Nagor. From what i've read they seem to be the only brands that have 'extra high profile'.

Hiya, I was wearing a 32C but as I was tubular I was probably a 32A if I didn't have padding!!!
Love my results, left has dropped a bit today so waiting for the right to catch up x

Hi Claire, your avatar looks fab Hun! If you had 375 cc XHP 'overs', I am guessing my 420 cc 'unders' should produce similar results? I'll be very happy! xxx

I think iv read you lose about 20cc by going under as the muscle is pushing it down more. Its so hard to say the end size, Iv got a serious case of boob greed at the moment!!
Im guessing you'll get a DD from the 420 at least, I think I may shrink down to a 32DD but its still better than what I had! Hoping to get a good fluff though lol x

I had 655cc extra high profiles and at the mo I'm bout 2 months post op and I'm a 34 f xx
