do you think these will suit my frame ?
Hi Girls, I went for a consult last yr with guy stern at my breast and we had our chinwag, anyway my breast width is 12cm and we tried a couple of sizes and opted for the 345cc ( projection Full ? acording to catalogue).
Im going to see him again in 2 weeks times, so was wondering if you think this size would suit my pre stats, allergen soft ouch or responsive, 420cc extra full projection, I've done the rice test and it has approval, by me and partner, but I dont know how accurate this is ?. Or has any1 with same stats gone bigger in cc ?
My stats, pre op.....
5ft 4in
wt = 8st
34a/aa
waist 27
hips 34
wide shoulders, if you know what I mean :)
Any input will be appreciated ty xxx

Hello
Size is the most difficult part of having a BA its always a struggle deciding what to go for.
There is a few ladies on here that have had 410 implants with similar stats to you but a good place to look would be the post op stats section
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Do you know what size you would like to be? you could also ask your surgeon for his opinion between the implants it may help you make your decision.
Good Luck hun x x

Re: do you think these will suit my frame ?
HI all, I would like to be about a dd/e, I think last year he did let me try rhe larger size aswell, not 100% sure what size it was, I went with the 345 as I thought my partner might mind if I went too big, but as it happens, he likes the look/ size of the 420s (rice test) anyway, he was not with me when I went for my 1st consult, but I'm dragging him in this time lol.
I've also read that you lose about 15% when it goes under the muscle, so that has partly want to go bigger too. I shall check out the stats page, :) ty Ladies x

Ok lovely, have you seen him recently? Becasue he may offer you anotehr size based on what you are now (our boobs change even if we don't see it!) It's best yo have another consult and see what he suggests.
maybe have two or three with other surgeons if you want a more rounded out view.

I'm seeing him in 2 weeks time Roxy, Guy Stern from mybreast, I really do like him loads, and trust him, I have been elsewhere b4 , but cant for the life of me think who it was with, and well !! it was terrible, just looked at me and made me feel very uncomfortable , so although mybreast are a bit pricey, I think I'll trust my judgement this time :) besides I've had lung surgery and Guy has actually worked with my thoracic (sp) surgeon, with reassures me loads :)

Re: do you think these will suit my frame ?
I can't for the life of me remember what my breast base measurement was but do remember my ps saying that my body would ultimately determine the implant size he would use. I tried two different sizes based on the measurement he took and went with the larger size. I've since had a reop and gone from unders to overs with the same size implant and in my opinion you do lose a little of the size when you go under the muscle.
Good luck with your consultation hun. Sounds like you have a lot of faith in your surgeon which is the most important thing.

I wrote my breast base down lol, He did advise me in the last consult to have unders, eiikk, Oh well I'm sure I've had more discomfort/pain b4, so I'm brave lol, thats also why I'm going to try see if I can have a bigger size too, as you apparently lose about 15%, which is a fair bit if you work it out,,,, 420cc - 15%= 357cc or 345cc-15% = 303cc,, Time just dont go quick enough when you want it to :)

Re: do you think these will suit my frame ?
lol yes I should have written it down really! I think it was 14 or 16? I know he said I had a very wide breast base?!
The recovery is not as bad as you would think - and like you say you've had lung surgery which I am sure is FAR worse. And for all the discomfort you get to look at your gorgeous new boobies which just get more gorgeous by the day!
