I did the same as Jen I got 34 instead of 32, think this a good idea anyway as you are in it constantly so its a little more comfy.
I got mine for debenhams though x

I've just come off the phone and spoke to 2 different people from the hospital group one said post op bra and one said sports bra! My patient coordinator wasn't there so u guess I'll have to give her a call when she's back as I'm sure she told me support bra!

Oh gosh...
I just went today and bought two standard 'medium impact' sport bras of my normal band size..........
I also went to Asda but they had nothing even close to my size so I gave up
I hope what I have is usable!!!

Re: What bra post op? Really confused!
3 days after my post opt, I started wearing bralettes from Victoria's secret, like the one I'm wearing in my pic. I was worried that it would not be enough support so I wore it to my post opt and my doctor said it was just fine. It's sooo comfortable. I wear it everyday, even to sleep and if I work out I work out in one of my cotton bralettes. I don't run in it, I just do the elliptical and things like lunges and sit ups.
I feel like this will be great until I figure out my real bra size in a few months. I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on beautiful bras that will not fit mt in a few months.
