Re: sore Skin :-(
I think mine are as my boobs seem to of dropped down and now the scars are in the fold. Where my ribs are still swollen it makes my bra really unomfortable. I think tomorrow I'm just gonna have to suck it up and buy a 38 bra band.
I've been in denial about doing that as I'm normally a 32/34!
Its eating all those naughty biscuits, chocolate and cakes!!! Why does everyone bring cakes and crap food when they visit? I've got very very chubby :-(

Re: sore Skin :-(
LB get some old fashioned sanitry towels (sound awful) but it works as extra padding to put over your incision thats what my nurse gave me :-) or use it as an excuse to go shopping haha xx

Oh my god sharon ur my hero!
So I had to pop to asda to get some san towels. (I don't have periods so these don't exist in my cupboards)
And my oh my they are AMAZING!!!!! I'm gonna go through boxes of these!!!
Kay- are they like the towels u use after birth? Or the nipple things after breastfeeding???

Re: sore Skin :-(
Are you just tucking the pads in under the bottom of sports bra? I may get some in preparation for next week....and definitely some cocoa butter.....ready for when the wrapping comes off

Re: sore Skin :-(
A moisturer with aloe vera is also soothing for burning sensations. It will be your skin stretching
Re: sore Skin :-(
Yeah am just tucking them in the band. SSJJ I'd get some just in case. It ffeels great after going 2 ddays of feeling so tender and rubbing on my bra strap.
