Hi girlies! Just needing a bit of advice.

My skin between my boobs and underneath is soooooo sore :-( it feels sore on the actual skin and underneath(feels like I've pulled a muscle)

Is this normal? Also- when will it go?

My boobie skins beginning to get sore but is lovely rubbing cocoa butter in them xxxx

Appreciate ur advice girlies XxxxxX

Alot of people feel sore hun its could be due to the skin stretching or the nerves knitting back together or just the general bruising coming out and you feeling it more because the op drugs will be out of your system now. I remember being bruised at the sides of my boobs. Everyones different mine was only for around 2 weeks and wasn't that bad. After that came the nipples that felt like sparklers were attached to them. Its all part of the healing process I'm afraid xx

Very normal, cocoa butter is fab though. Not near the scars even though they itch like made. It will get better x

Thanks girls! Its so annoying :-( feels like I've really burnt myself on a sunbed

I'm nearly at the 2 week marks so I hope it goes away then xxx

I've not got to the really itchy stage yet. But they do itch! I itch near them in the hope I fool the itch! Haha!xxxx

I felt that way too.... And one part of my lower left boob HURTS like fire if anything touches it, even my bra. Like it got especially stretched right there..... I would let hto water run over them in the shower and use cocoa butter. Tylenol helped too, and staying on Arnica till week 3.

Good news. At the three week mark, it was like, "Wow, where'd all the pain go?" I feel FABULOUS!!!! Skin included.

It's the swelling hun. Try using icepacks to help reduce the swelling and the pain, you can use bags of frozen peas or rice if you don't have an icepack. xx

Ah that's girls.

The pain is so near to my cuts though. Would it matter if the ice packtouched the cuts? Wouldn't do any harm would it? Providing it wasn't leaking etc?

I'm gonna try this tonight! Thank god for ice machines! I thought I loved cocoa butter before my BA but I have a new found love for it now! Most amazing feeling rubbing tjat on my snakes scales! Haha xxxx

It works yetti! Haha the itch thinks its been scratched! But then returns with avengance!

Quote thingy- if u press quote in the right hand corner of the message u want to quote. U can delete the parts u don't want in the quote :-)

Cocoa butter prepares the skin to be stretched (its mainly for pregnant women) it reduces stretch marks coming and if u have stretch marks already it takes the purpleyness out of them :-) I've always loved it! And even more so now! xxxx

I use palmers cocoa butter- original. Its in a white bottle and you can get it from asda, boots superdrug, tesco etc :-)
