Sore skin
I know I'm only 3.5 weeks but the skin is still ridiculously sore. It feels like really bad sunburn. Is it normal to have it for this long? It's driving me insane I can't even touch them as it's so sore :( x

Re: Sore skin
Its very normal Rach
Some women find anti-histamines helpful through that stage of recovery, me... I found ice packs worked best to give me some relief.
Hope one of the two helps for you. Xxw

Re: Sore skin
Ouchy! I have like a tender tingle I call it, now the feeling is coming back and sensations in the nipples it can catch me off guard sometimes, every night after shower I use a good moisturiser and massage it in, helps a bit, keeps them nice and soft if nothing else x

Aww no poor you. Mine aren't sore but the last few days they have been so itchy it's driving me mad, especially when out in public...
Hope it eases for you soon x

Re: Sore skin
Yes, it'll pass eventually. In the meantime, antihistamines and ice, and also moisturise, not forgetting the sides and your back where the bra is. Because you're in it 24/7, its going to get dry and icky, so if you can to relieve the soreness, keep it nice and moist. You can moisturise your boobs too, just keep it well away from the scars.
