Hi hun, I use Ticker Factory, if you click here it will take you to the 'Events' section of their web site and then it walks you through the choice of background and pointer types. When you have finished, copy the BB code (it might give you different types of code, so make sure you choose the BB code option.
Then go to your Profile (there is a link to it at the top of every page here) and go to the 'Signature' section. Paste the BB code which you copied into the edit box in your profile and the ticker will appear in every message you post from that point onwards and will automatically update itself every day.

I am rubbish with technology - I did manage to choose my ticker but couldn't manage to copy code into the forum - so had to get my husband to help me - but carol has kindly given you instructions above, so hope that helps. (I still have not managed to download a avatar picture!) xx

the funny thing is..mine done exactly the same!! but then I did come 'on' so probably why!! they tested my pee sample to make sure I wasnt preg either hehe even though I knew I wasnt!! my boobs knew they was gunna get cut into..they really ached the day before LOL I cant stop looking at them this morning..woke up to make sure they was still there!! x
