What's going to happen to my stretch marks???xxx
Hi girls, hope your all having a fantastic xmas break!
I have found a new thing to worry about lol. I have deep stretch marks on my breasts which are quite wide and in certain light they shine like a dark purple, if they were just white I wouldn't be bothered but it's the dark purple shine I hate!
They came from 3 pregnancys and breast feeding. I had my first BA after my 2nd child and I don't think it made any new ones as I had them already. I can't really remember to be honest.
Anyway after my third child I still have the dreaded things and now I'm having another BA to go bigger I'm not sure what's going to happen to my marks? After my third child I put on a LOT of weight. I weighed 12st12 and my boobs were probably a full DD, Possibly E. But then I lost a LOT of weight and am down to 8st4 and my boobies have suffered the most. I am now about a 32C. The stretchmarks are looking 'soggy' don't know how else to discribe it lol.
So what do you think will happen? Will I get more stretch marks? Will they look worse? Or maybe they'll look better as they'll be stretched out and full again?
I'm going from 410cc up to 605cc and hoping to be a full DD or E
Any advice or storys of what happend with yours appreciated.

Have you tried putting bio oil on them every day? I used it all through my 2nd pregnancy (tummy & boobs) and have only faint pale white stretchmarks which aren't visible on my boobs now they are bigger! I am still using it on my boobs every day and will carry on :)

I have some Palmers cocoa butter cream which I have been using the past couple of days. I did have bio oil when I was pregnant but I didn't see any improvements.

Really? I must admit I was sceptical about the bio oil but use it all the time now :) I'm sure once your boobs are done you will see an improvement xxx

Hi hun,
I'm sorry I can't help you from experience as I haven't had kids and dont have any stretch marks but I have heard that sometimes the implants stretch the stretch marks flat and help them to appear less visible.
As you have had children and now lost a lot of weight you skin is already stretched so I would imagine the implants wll be filling out the stretched skin. I therfore don't think you will get more stretch marks but they exisiting ones may actually look better in appearance. I am no doctor but hopefully this will e the case.
Keeping them moisturised with plenty of cocoa butter/bio oil is the best thing you can do in the meatime and post op.

by the way hun have you been measured? 32C with 410cc implants sounds suspiciously small to me. I know we are all different shapes but I can just about fit my 295s into a 34C but most of my bras are Ds - are you sure you are not bigger than a c?

I did use one of those online calculators so I expect it could be wrong. I myself think I am at the very most a D because I used to fill out my DD bras but now my boobs don't fill then at all, especially my strapless cup bra. That ones really big on me and with it having no straps it's even more obvious, I'm constantly yanking it up but then when I do I have lots of extra bra at the top of my boobies. I hardly have any breast tissue and I believe I have quite a wide chest/back. Don't know if this changes anything.
Thanks hattie I hope you are right and the new implants just fit in lovely and make the stretch marks less visible. That would be nice lol. I will keep on with the cocoa butter morning and night and hopefully it will prevent more of the little ba****ds!! lol.

it sounds to me like you are possibly smaller than a 32 but with a larger cup than a C - maybe even larger than a D. When the back size goes smaller the cups do tend to get smaller too so you may find you are a 30 DD/E. having to yank up is not to do with the up size its the band size (where most of the support should come from).
You may want to wait until you have your new boobies but I would strongly advise getting measured somewhere like bravissimo - I think you will be pleasantly surprised! x

I had stretch marks from breast feeding too hun, the silvery ones and one deep puple one as you described... I've tried every cream, oil and lotion to rid myself of them, Bio-oil and products like that do help them fade to the silvery lines but the purple one, nothing helped that, I just excepted it as a part of me... when I had my BA the stretch marks didn't get any worse though. xx
