it depends on loads of different things like your skin elasticity and how bigger implant you're getting etc. I think if your skin is in good condition and you're getting a sensible size implant then you will be less likely to get them but ultimately if you're prone to them there's not much you can do. x

Im not prone to stretch marks but i did get one on my lefty. I used bio oil everyday for nearly 3months before and used it after too. My skin didn't look stretched and shiney after my BA either so I was surprised when it came up. Totally worth it tho. Its only one and it will fade into nothing eventually.

Hi, I also got a couple of small ones when i was pregnant but havent got any since my BA. I guess the skin had already stretched and the implant size isn't much bigger than the size i was when expecting. I do use Bio oil, not sure if it works but makes my skin really soft!! What size are you now - i had 350cc overs.

Agreed.
Preparing your skin with moisturisers pre-BA will help put lots of moisture back into your skin and make it nice and supple so when the skin is stretched it stand less chance of getting stretch marks.
Some ladies are unlucky and will get stretch marks regardless and we should all be prepared for the possibility because there's nothing whatsoever a surgeon can do to avoid this, but on the whole most are fine, they may get one or two small ones but nothing significant if you choose an implant size that fits your frame and those who got stretch marks during pregnancy don't seem to generally get any more because their skin has already been 'pre-stretched' and many find having a BA makes any stretch marks you have look better!
Speaking for myself who had stretch marks pre-BA from breast feeding mine look so much better since I had the op. xx

My old ones have improved since my BA as they kind of filled out rather than sitting there like grooves, if that makes sense x x
