Yeah, good idea and I will bring pics to show him what sort of look I'm after, as well.

When you talk about the size of the implants, the cc can be only a slight difference. There is practically a spoonful of difference between a 275 and 300. It's mainly what will fill your boob without stretching the skin to much. As for implant makes, i read that you wanted Naturelle which are almost the best ones on the market.

If your happy with that surgeon and you are happy with those implants and size i'd say your there. It's just the big step of booking.

Do you find that scarey? I do but have given my self a deadline that i can not cross.

I do find that scary, yes. And I'm unsure of whether to go with Naturelles or not, and not every clinic offers them. And I have been offered a range of sizes from 230-325cc. That is 100cc difference!

I saw 5 surgeons but that was cos none of the ones I saw first understood what I wanted I felt but you say you are happy with the surgeon your saw at THG so I think its best to do more research on that surgeon and as others have said book another appointment.

The surgeon will be the one to pick the placement and will problies either pick the implant size for you or give you a few sizes to pick from so I really wouldnt stress over that at the moment if you dont even know what surgeon you going with. Why not research implant makes aswell if your confused, there is a section on here about the different makes and types on the market. x

I am worried about the projection level he will use, as well, as he kind of decided for me and never really told me about the different projections available, if I was to go with Naturelle implants..

Yeah i just KNEW the first surgeon i met was the one for me i felt so confident in his abilities, he was straight talking about the pros and cons for ME and i trusted his opinion of placement and size no questions asked.

Have you not felt this way about ANY youve seen TG?
Or is it that none of them are saying what YOU want to hear?
I didnt want to hear that i needed to hav unders as i was scared of it but i REALLY wanted it doing so i had to like it or lump it :)

Luckily I found mine first go. I went to another surgery but was unimpressed with ther very impersonal approach. Ther are lots of girls with 400cc plus implants on here tht luk very natural and surgeons wont give you extremely fake looking breasts unless that is what u specifically want.
I think you need to think if your ready for this yet hun. Maybe take a break from it all and consider it again after new year.

I find, if I take a break, I forget things and feel out of practise lol.

It hasn't been a struggle for me in every way, other things in my life have just been hard. Thanks for your advice, but I do really want this BA and I am so unhappy with my boobs; what is the point of waiting?

Some are saying stuff I don't wanna hear but my fave surgeon does make me feel confident and happy about it and not dissappointed. He seemed to know what to do and how to do it, as soon as he looked at me. I feel confident in his abilities, I suppose I just want to be able to decide EVERYTHING right down to the very last detail..

The opinion of the surgeon you're most comfortable and confident with is the right view for YOU hun. The other surgeons opinions that didn't impress you at all don't matter.

Have you asked the clinics that don't offer Naturelles if they can get them for you? Quite often babe if you don't ask you won't get, I would expect to pay more for the Naturelles than you would standard implants though.

That's what you're paying him for sweetness.... You don't just pay for your surgeon to operate on you, you also pay for their 'expert opinion' xx

You cant afford it right now... So dont stress yourself out.
If you find the right surgeon, placement, size etc... 6 months/1 year/2 years down the line when you have got the money together you will have changed your mind & have to go through the whole process over again.

But I am scared of going too big if I get something around 285cc implants, as HMG said that is WAY too big and "God bless the surgeon who is going that for you."

No, I haven't asked that, but I'm just wondering if it's actually worth getting Naturelles? I like the idea of the different sizes and projections but don't want them to look too firm and fake.

Do you understand that your fame, body fat, shape of your rib cage, height and size all have to be taken into careful consideration when deciding the right profile for you? Would you know which would be best for you? Even if you saw a high, medium and low profile sat on the table, it's not just a case of "I like that one best" it has to 'fit' your body type hun and your surgeon has spent years specialising in this subject to offer you the best advise.. so no hun, you wont be able to choose yourself, you can make suggestions by all means, but then listen to what the 'expert' advises you on that. Afterall that's what you're paying them for. Great difficulty. - Page 2 907337 xxx

I just get worried that a high projection implant would make them stick out and not fall naturally like a breast.

A very slim woman most benefits from a high profile implant because they're narrower and therefore fit the chest better, if your surgeon feels this is the best for you and you got say a low profile, they'd be far too wide for your frame and look extremely fake!

Just because a high profile has more forward projection hun doesn't mean that the breast will 'stick out' more, it will just fit your frame better and give you a more natural look. xx

Ohh right, never thought of it like that before! Thank you :)! But I still don't want them to stick out a lot, like, I still want to look petite and in proportion.

I don't think I'd go against what he says, I'd just like to see the options available, and maybe pick between 2 that he reccomends, or something like that.

I was thinking around 285cc, but HMG reckon that is a swiss and that 260cc is WELL big enough.. then I got worried..
