Each boob healing at a different rate....
I know that it is all very normal for each breast to heal at a different rate, they tell you time and time again to treat each breast like a seperate operation BUT I am just a tweeny weeny bit concerned about my left boob.
My right breast has no discomfort, infact you wouldn't even know it had been operated on. But my left feels really tight just on the top, it hurts and although I can't SEE my boobs it feels bigger than the right.
Swelling has gone down now and I have no bleeding on bandages. But I am worried it almost feels like the implant is trapped by the muscle
Was there a dramatic difference between the healing rates of your boobs and did they end up looking the same?? (I am telling myself it's all very normal but I can't help but feel a little anxious about it so thought I would just get it off my chest!!)

Week 2 after my BA i felt like my right implant was getting stuck on the muscle it wasn’t a very nice feeling. Thank god it went about a week and a half after it started. Maybe give the PS a call if you’re really concerned? Its only really early days.

Hi CharlieB I had unders and my leftie was really high and solid for AGES like about 2 months because i am right handed so was not manipulating my left side muscles as much, as soon as i found that out i started trying to use my left arm more and kept putting it up and down at work (when no-one was around lol) and i feel it helped :)

I too had that trapped feeling hun, like the implant was stuck or lodged, it was horrible.
This happened with my stubborn right boob with took a long time to drop but it did sweetie, it just took longer than my leftie to heal.
Don't worry, it's all normal. xx

Although mine seem to have stayed looking the same the whole time they definately have always felt different. My right has been the only side to really ever get sore and I feel the implant under the muscle... I am guessing maybe because its my dominant side... and my left has basically just been numb, the feeling is starting to come back but basically just numb.
Dont worry Charlie it all sounds normal. :flowers:

I had similar with my left side initially, my right felt as if it hadnt been operated on at all, but my left was very uncomfortable and swollen, I actually thought that my surgeon had put the larger implant in the wrong side !!! lol but its settling down nicely now and is beginning to look more even.

Thank you ALL so much!! What a relief to hear many of you have experienced a simular sensation. I will stop worrying about it now and try to ensure I use my left side more (I am right handed) Thank you!!!!!

My left is the same, the right one caused no probs at all but leftie was really sore! Even now my leftie twinges and is settling more slowly than the rightie x

Well I'm right handed but it was my right boob that was stubborn, not my left sweetness. xx
