CC recurrence rate??
If you develop CC what's the chances (% rate) that you will develop it again? does smooth or textured implants have lower rates of CC?

Re: CC recurrence rate??
I'm not sure about recurrence rates but I believe textured implants have a lower rate cc that is what I was told by my surgeon x

Re: CC recurrence rate??
Shirttripper do you have to polyuarathene implants? These are different to "textured implants" as the have a coating and I am pretty sure that textured ones just have a rough edge. The brazilian implant is supppose to reduce the cc rate to less than 1% but there is alot of conflicting information on them and there saftey. I have them and am having a re op in may but not sure if I am going to have these again.
