Now this is really weird/funny... I am taking so much care not to use my chest muscles as I have had partial unders, and they seem to rebel on their own! At night they twitch and contract by themselves and often wake me up because they do that, I feel like one of those body builders who show off by moving their pecs one at a time! Then in the morning I wake up and my chest muscles feel really tired/sore - no wonder, they have been "exercising" all night!!!
Anyone else had this? Do you think it's a problem for my healing??

I had this MM very strange feeling, i reckon it's the muscles healing as they've been stretched a fair bit, it should pass soon x

Yes I had that too! Very weird! I used to feel so weird when I woke up in the morning, but 6 weeks later all normal so it won't go on for long!

Hey moonmar

I had this too - the muscle would just spasm, especially in my left boobie, but it stopped after a few weeks and has been fine since.
