Doesn't no tissue mean unders?
Peachy said she had 'no tissue issues' sweetness, meaning her breast tissue was just fine so she's able to accomodate overs, but you're right hun, if you have very little breast tissue, then unders is the best option xx

Re: Overs or unders??????
Yes I've read about those who have unders wearing a breast band to help them settle but hopefully you won't have to wear it for too long and just look at it like its another step in the journey to your perfect look. Have you booked any more consults yet. I've booked my op now and have only got just over 3 weeks to go and I am sooooooo nervous but soooooo excited aswell its really wierd :)

Re: Overs or unders??????
I had unders and the recovery and pain were fine and i do have a natural slope. However I am hoping to switch to overs when i have my re-op due to the muscle distortion I have with unders. Some people (most in fact) are fine and do not have much but I have quite a lot which I cannot get used to.
Yes I also had to wear a chest band after my op with unders to help them settle xx

Hi Hattie what do you mean by muscle distortion is it where the muscle around the top of your chest is very toned and beomes more prominent when you have had breast surgery? x

Re: Overs or unders??????
Hi hun,
No my muscles are not very toned!! It is when you tense your muscles and it squeezes the implant into an odd position. It does not affect most people very much at all and when it does it is ususally when doing weights or something like that but I have it quite prominently when my muscles are even slightly tensed. x

Re: Overs or unders??????
Does anyone know what is classed a little breast tissue? When I researched BA I always thought I wanted overs. My PS suggested unders to me but didn't rule out overs, when he showed me his work most of them were unders. I am having a final consult with him on the 19th.
I have breat fed 2 children and each time I went up to a D / DD so I know I have the room!!

Re: Overs or unders??????
Hi Suz its the skin on your chest hun, over your breast plate if u can pinch less than 2cm u have very little tissue and u may see top of implant if u have overs this is the reason i personally had to have unders :) put PINCH TEST into search box :) x

Re: Overs or unders??????
unders arent as painful as you might think. I only needed painkillers for the first couple of days
