unders to overs
had anyone went front unders to overs? i have partials at the moment but having lots of problems.... Mr shoaib has advised a bigger implant, lollipop lift and a change of placement (overs)
why did you change?
how did you know you would have enough tissue to stop rippling?

Re: unders to overs
i think if you get a form stable implant (overfilled) you reduce the risk of rippling.
If you get a lift, you might not need to change placement, although id be tempted to go with what your surgeon says, otherwise you have less comeback if things go wrong
