just been chatting with my breast buddy and we're confused!!
Is 'bottoming out' more common with unders or overs?

Most common with overs I think and double bubble is most common with unders

what is the difference between double bubble and bottoming out? Sorry girls, i really should know that, didn't realise there was a difference!!!

There is no way of preventing anything hun. Bottoming out would be where the implant drops low, so you have no upper pole and too much lower pole. This can be surgeon error in creating the implant pocket. Having big heavy implants. Double bubble is the two boob look on each breast so the implant is up where your boob should be and your natural breast is lower. I'll see if I can find a pic
