Re: unders or overs .. help !!
Im happy with the surgeon i went to see .. and the practise really i contacted some of the nationwide practises like the hospital group and MYA and was constantly hounded by them .. 8 missed calls from one whilst i was at work one day!
Only thing is the company im using is based in Bolton/Preston/Liverpool and im from Yorkshire, bit of a treck! Im going to ring later though and see if i can have a chat over the phone!
All the help and advise on here though has been amazing ..thank you!

Re: unders or overs .. help !!
Dont be put off unders bu thinking it is really painful and takes ages to recover from its really not the case i had hardly any pain just a tight feeling, had 2 weeks off work but didnt really need that long just fancied a break lol
Lots of the girls on here with unders were back at work lots sooner than that.
I love my unders and they look really natural amd so do my friends overs :) dont be put off either placement babe both are equally good, you and your surgeon will know what will best suit you.
I love how we are all so passionate about our own placements he he its like a proper debate

Re: unders or overs .. help !!
Hi - like all the girls have said you can get a fab result with unders or overs - it all depends on what is best for you and the only person that can really advise is your surgeon. I had unders and am a gym bunny. I was a empty 32a and had 265 unders and am now a 30E/32dd. Mine look totally natural probably but it is true you can get distortion with unders. I'm lucjy that I had a great cleavage before with hardly any boobs so my unders sit quite close together and I don't get a gap. As for exercising I avoided upper body workouts for a while but now I notice no difference. Probably if I did press up with my boobs on show they would move apart as the muscle works but I've never really noticed it to be honest!
Good lucj with your op xx

Re: unders or overs .. help !!
Thank you all :)
Well im having a chat with my surgeon before my surgery .. unfortunatly i cant get the time off to see him before but as it stands im sticking with the unders as I will have to keep a close check on my breasts as my mum had breast cancer :(. Dont think its worth the risk of missing something just for some chest presses!
