Re: Unders or overs
Just moving this so more people see.
Congrats on your new boobs! I had 340 unders myself. Some say they are a little more painful that overs, because you got all that muscle to stretch too. I found it to be more of a pressure and heaviness than actual pain. Best advice I can give right now is to get as much rest as you can, plenty of white meat and leafy veg, lots of water, and stay on top of your pain meds. You should be off the hard stuff by now, but you can keep taking ibuprofen and paracetamol as long as you need to. Ice packs over the tops, no where near your scars, is also a great relief.
Happy healing!

Re: Unders or overs
Hello there, welcome to the forum, how are you feeling?
I had unders, and was painful, although the worst thing for me was feeling like I had no arm or upper body strength! Grating cheese, turning door nobs and pulling jeans on....TRICKY MAN!! lol
The first week is tough but rest assured it will ease off and get better.
Like [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] has sadi, try and rest as best you can. V pillows are great to prop you up in bed.
My recovery was a blurr of friends on Comedy Central and hubby fetchin me cups of tea and my pain meds!
Happy Healing anyway, I went with the HMG too!
