Overs or Unders?
Im having my BA on the NHS and i know one of my implants will be silicone and the other will be silicone with saline in the middle.
What are your ladies thoughts on overs and unders?
What gives you the best natural shape?
I also dont know what size i will go for... im 5,10 and curvy so i know to suit my frame they will probs be quite big implants.
Any comments or suggestions i would really appreciate :smiler:

Re: Overs or Unders?
Hi hun, has your surgeon not advised whether you should be having overs or unders? or has he said he could do either?
Both can give a very natural shape depending on your body shape, how much breast tissue you have and if your surgeon knows that you want to look very natural i'm sure he will choose the right placement for you xx

Re: Overs or Unders?
Hi Dee, Ive not had that appointment yet, he did mention unders to me the first time but nothing has been decided yet, size wise etc.
I have hardly any breast tissue which is why im getting the op on the nhs. I think from what i have read and heard from others i will go with unders if i can.
xx

Re: Overs or Unders?
I think overs are most common but if you have little breast tissue then your surgeon may decide unders :-) xx

Re: Overs or Unders?
hey law, your surgeon will discuss with you what you want and what he thinks is possible to achieve, if you want a natural look he will do his best to give you what you want where possible!! women with very little breast tissue normally have unders as otherwise they will get the 'stuck on' look! but overs can be just as natural for women with more or wide breast tissue! i havent had my op yet but ive researched ba for over 3 years now! but this site has made me learn alot more also! i personally thought id be having unders(which i didnt want as overs take less time to heal apparently), i have small boobs (34a/b) thats why i thought id have to have unders, but as i have wide breast tissue he said overs would give me the look id like to achieve! hope this helped xx

Re: Overs or Unders?
i havent got one quite yet, i literally turned 18 a week and a half ago and had my first consultation straight away! ive been researching since 15 though haha. im looking at march because of the money situation atm, thiking of doing the cancellation thing, when someone cancels they ring you and you go in there place- apparently its a lot cheaper! if not they said they can normally fit someone in within 2-4 weeks of booking so i dont mind the wait, ive waited a few years so few weeks wouldnt hurt! do you know your op date yet chick?X

Re: Overs or Unders?
Dee what dress size are you? You look slim like you don't need to lose weight! I wanted to go to a size 8 again but id rather stay 10 for my op I'm too scared my boobs will shrink and ill have to go smaller size lol! X

Slightly fake! Not stuck on though, which my surgeon really doesn't like the stu k on look thankfully. What're you looking for chick? Natural or slightly fake? Xx

Re: Overs or Unders?
Yeah the same, slightly fake looking but not totally fake. My surgeon is happy with that though, I showed him lots of photos of what i wanted which he seemed happy with. He said I could go under or over the muscle, but for the look i want he suggested over the muscle as I have enough breast tissue (I'm 32b now).
So are you waiting until closer to the time to book your op? xx

Re: Overs or Unders?
Yeah exactly how I wanted, I like the slightly fake look bit not stuck on look! Yeah I'm a 32a/b but have wide breast tissue so can have overs, he said overs would achieve the look I wanted more so than unders, I wanted overs anyway because they heal faster! Yes, we'll Because of money situation I'm going to wait nearer the time, they said it is usually 2-4 weeks after I book that they can fit me in which I don't mind! I've been waiting for years till I could even book my consultation, waiting to turn 18 took ages! Had my Consultation a week after my birthday (last week), so a few weeks after booking I'm sure I can deal with lol. Can't wait though wish I could have them done now! Xx
