Letter from Mybreast re: PIPs

hey gals, received a letter from Mybreast this morning, was a bit panicked at first!
but it was just to reassure MB patients that they have not had pip implants, and if we know anyone who has to ring their PS.... has any of you had this yet? just thought it was quite good of them seen as normally their admin is shocking! xx

Aw that is good to put their patients minds at rest. It is quite a while afterwards but none the less a nice thing to do.

That's fantastic they've reasured you and all their other patients.
Some of the other companies could take a leaf out of Mybreast's book.

Yes FB,I got a letter(+i was paniced at first!) this morning-but after reading it i was reassured.In the letter was also a tel number to call for info on where you could go and be assessed free of charge!Just in case anyone needs this number....08707802002.

I didnt go with MB, but its nice that their putting all their customer minds at rest. xx

I got the letter today too, I was a bit panicked at first as well!
It was a really nice thing to send out the letter I thought, even though us Mybreast girls know we haven't got PIPS, it's great to have a letter sent to us confirming it, especially with everything in the media atm.
I agree FB, they're not very good with admin, so good job Mybreast!

yes I knew I didnt have pips but it is good they ve set up a helpline....and thats why i was so impressed, as usally they are s**t.
I thought for a moment when i first opened it, they were trying to say I owed them money! xx

hehe - so true FB!I haven't had a letter from them yet but I'll keep an eye out for it - it's excellent of them to be pro-active about this - gold star to MyBreast!
