still no letter :(
after my consultation last Friday was told i'd get a letter in the post by Wednesday with the surgeons confirmation of everything we'd spoken about and with the details of how to proceed to book. Still haven't had the letter, and just rung Aurora and because of the snow the woman who deals with it isn't there :( She's taken my phone number and will get back to me asap but that might not be until Monday arghhhh so impatient!! Just want to book :'( In the mean time i'm keeping myself occupied by buying little bits for post op, already got a mini hot water bottle & bra extenders :)

Re: still no letter :(
Always remember lovely.... There's no rush! I know you're super excited but the letter WILL come babe. Like you said, the snow has probably affected postage so I'd give it till Monday and then give a call to ensure the letter went out to you. Xxx
Re: still no letter :(
I rang today to check if the letter had been sent out n the woman who answered said that head office is shut cos of the snow but she took my contact details and I got a call back from another lady who said on Monday they'll email me everything :) I know there's no rush I'm just super impatient!
